New Year's Day 2009

The annual Schultz/Miller New Year's Day gathering. We always attempt to take a photo of the kids and again, why? Cooper and Bella had already gone home but we tried it anyway.

Christmas 2008

Reed(3) and Dru(1) were having a blast together. Dru would stand up next to Reed and try to push him over. She was actually successful in a tackle or two. Reed will not appreciate that comment later in life but had to do it.

Christmas Cards 2008

The Millner family photo shoot. The kids were cooperative for a while and we were able to get some nice photos for the 2008 card.

Each family tried the photo cards again this year. Reed was not a happy boy during the Schultz family shoot until sitting on the couch with Daddy and Papa Charlie after it was over.

Visit with Santa (take 2)

Reed did better this year but still didn't want to sit in Santa's lap. From the look on Reed's face you can tell he isn't really enjoying his visit and is trying really hard not to cry. He was such a big boy. Maybe next year he will warm up to Santa but if not we may need to go to writing a letter and mailing to the North Pole.

Anderson cousin December gathering 2008

The Anderson family cousins living in MN gathered for a night of food and fun. The kids had a great time and the parents had some time to chat as well. This was our attempt to take a photo of all the kids. Zach is missing because he and Darrin went to ring the bell and raise money for the Salvation Army.

Thanksgiving 2008

Thanksgiving was very relaxing this year. Reed (3) and Connor (1) were best buds that day. They even dressed alike. No Amber and I did not plan it but they sure looked cute together.

Reed and his special pumpkin

Auntie Holly, Uncle Scot, Cooper and Bella went to the farm and carved names in pumpkins while they were just growing. They included Reed. It was our special pumpkin for Halloween.

Reed's Adoption Day, November 20th

Reed's Adoption Day is November 20th. It is the day on which we first met our little boy. We celebrated as a family and had some cake. We also took a family photo to mark the 2nd year that we have been a family of three.
