Hanging out in the grapevines at the orchard. :) They have both apples and grapes at this orchard/vineyard. They have something for everyone.
Reed picking apples.
Reed and Dru riding on a wagon. It was absolutely beautiful the day we went. When we had hit our limit at Deerdorff Orchard we went to Subway Eat Fresh (as Reed calls it) for lunch.
The two boys, Grandma Sue and Heather went to the Target reading event at Hyland Park Reserve in Bloomington. It was a very nice day and they each got new books to read. Lego books were the hit with Reed.
The first few weeks of Kindergarten has been exhausting for Jason, Heather and Reed. Reed has been really tired which make him very crabby and a very naughty boy. I have to say this week has been good up until he locked me out of the house tonight (9-28-11). Luckily we have a key ready for such an event. Who knew Kindergarten would be such a hard transition.
Grandma Sue and Grandpa John took the whole Millner clan to the Twins game on August 7th. It wasn't a win for the Twins but we had fun anyways. Thank you G-ma Sue and G-pa John.
A trip or two or three to Pelican Lake. Reed loves fishing with Daddy and Papa Charlie. He loves riding on the jetski and driving the John Deere.
We spent some time at Scot and Holly's cabin near Hayward, Wisconsin. Reed loved riding the scooters down the driveway. He finally got the hang of driving it himself about an hour before we had to leave. He absolutely loves spending time with his cousins.
Reed and Heather went to the MN State Fair with the Scot Schultz family, Grandma Lu and Papa Charlie, and Bud and Sandee. We had a good time. Reed had such a good time that he slept until 11:00 the next morning. We ate many things and took a ride in the Uncle Donald's racing car. Life IS good.
